Blake has over 15 years experience working in residential real estate business and is a third generation real estate agent. After graduating from Santa Clara University, Blake began his real estate career in Northern California working closely with his family to build a successful real estate business with Keller Williams. Their team The Boudier Team has sold nearly a thousand homes to date and has been recognized for its sales production as one of the Wall Street Journal's Top 100 Teams in the country. Blake now resides in Austin, Texas where he is the Director of Growth for Keller Williams Realty Austin SW MC#1, the #1 top producing KW office in the world and original flagship KW market center. As Director of Growth, Blake identifies, attracts and develops agent talent for Keller Williams SW. Blake is a student of real estate and has a passion for helping agents reach their potential through the tools, resources and culture of Keller Williams. He also trains and coaches Realtors on real estate technology and the business models and systems needed to build a profitable, tech-enabled real estate business in today's competitive market.
